Where We Operate
Founded in 2005 and growing with a seasoned group of title insurance professionals, business leaders, and entrepreneurs, Alliant National serves thousands of title professionals as a licensed underwriter in 32 states and Washington, D.C., with corporate headquarters at the foot of the Rocky Mountains in Longmont, Colorado. Alliant National is proud to be a part of the Dream Finders Homes family.

Executive Team
David Sinclair
President & CEO
Leveraging his nearly 30 years of strategic technology and operational management experience, David guides and implements Alliant National’s corporate strategic plan and develops new capabilities to support the company’s expansion. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the State University of Buffalo and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Rodney Anderson
EVP, Nat. Agency Manager
Rodney is responsible for developing, marketing, and managing Alliant National’s market expansion, and he oversees state agency operations. A seasoned real estate and title insurance industry executive, Rodney brings more than 30 years of experience in agency operations to the executive team. He is the former co-owner of an independent title agency and was an agency operations manager for a national independent agency. Rodney earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus in real estate from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Margaret Cook
General Counsel, CLO, EVP
Margaret is responsible for contributing to the strategic growth of the company and all legal aspects of the organization − overseeing underwriting, claims, compliance, regulatory and corporate matters, as well as developing the company’s legal team. Margaret has spent nearly 30 years practicing law, with 25 of those years in the title insurance industry. Margaret earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Mississippi, as well as her Juris Doctor from the same institution.
