Last year, we announced plans for Alliant National to join Dream Finders Homes, one of the nation’s fastest-growing homebuilders. I’m pleased to report that we recently received regulatory approval, and the transaction has officially closed. We’re thrilled to be part of the Dream Finders Homes family! In recognition of this important moment for our company, I’m also proud to announce that today, we’re launching our new public-facing Alliant National website.
We’ve thoughtfully designed the site to offer easier access to tools and important information for agents and lenders. From the new public site, you can quickly reach our Agent Resource Center whenever you need it. We’ve also included information to help residential and commercial buyers and sellers better understand the benefits of working with independent title agents.
Over the last few years, The Alliant National Advantage blog has become a go-to source for insights on everything from cybersecurity to marketing strategy. We’ve made the blog even more accessible and user-friendly, helping you quickly find useful information.
2025 marks Alliant National’s 20th anniversary, and as we enter this new chapter with Dream Finders Homes and launch our redesigned website, I’m both proud of what we’ve accomplished and optimistic about what’s ahead. I’m excited to see this new relationship go to work for the benefit of independent title agents.
