Longmont, CO. — (June 20, 2025) — Alliant National Title Insurance Company, the title insurer that is uniquely responsive to the needs of independent agents, is pleased to announce that Michelle Garber has joined its Tennessee operations as Title Officer.
Garber is a knowledgeable, accomplished title professional. She brings over 35 years of extensive industry experience, having worked as an independent contractor, in a legal office, and for a national underwriter. During her career, she has developed vast expertise in title searches, preparing reports, identifying potential issues, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. In addition, she is well-versed in analyzing and interpreting legal documents, as well as working closely and collaboratively with attorneys, lenders, and real estate agents to resolve title issues swiftly, ensuring smooth closings for clients.
At Alliant National, Garber will provide expert title examination services to support the company’s network of independent agents across Tennessee. Her work will include conducting searches, performing examinations, and assisting with the clearing of title issues. As with her previous roles, Garber is especially eager to contribute her skills to help agents confidently navigate complex title matters.

Garber is a graduate of Mountain Empire Community College, where she focused on paralegal studies. She lives in Tennessee.
